Punjabi film star and TV celebrity Shehnaaz Gill went through a massive transition recently. She credits a balanced diet and Turmeric Tea for her drastic weight loss.
So, here is her Turmeric Tea recipe:
Ingredients-
Turmeric root : 1 inch
Apple Cider Vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Organic Honey – Half Tablespoon
Method :
Boil Two cups water and add grated Turmeric in it. Let simmer for 7-8 minutes till the colour turns dark and the water gets infused properly.
Pour in a cup and let cool slightly.
Add honey and ACV
How to consume:
Have on an empty stomach every morning.
Or before working out.
