Quick backstory: I stumbled onto #4 on accident…
After spending most of my life as a perfectionist, a coach of mine, asked "How is that working out for you?" I was a bit surprised when the answer came out, "Not so well…I always feel terrible and beat myself up about everything."
There was no going back and ditching that "all-in, perfection attitude" especially around food and fitness changed my life.
